Helping people across the Houston area move forward — with trust, clarity, and care

People hire people
I didn't come to real estate for the transactions. I came to it for the people — and for the chance to guide them through a big, often emotional decision with honesty, clarity, and care.
I'm Tai Docarmo, a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Memorial in Houston. For more than seven years, I've helped buyers and sellers across the Houston area move forward with confidence — most of them sent my way by someone who trusted me to do the same for them.
What I learned about showing up
Long before I was negotiating contracts, I was learning what it means to show up for someone completely. For years, I cared for my mother through dementia and a series of health challenges. It was the hardest and most humbling season of my life — and it shaped everything I bring to my work now: patience, presence, and the discipline to keep going when things are hard.
I wrote about that season in my book, Carrying Her Through Dementia: A Daughter's Journey of Love, Grace and Resilience as a Caregiver. Since my mother transitioned, that experience continues to shape how I care for the people I serve. When I say I'll walk with you through the entire process, I mean it — I know what steady, dependable support is worth, because I've leaned on it through much harder things.
What keeps me grounded
Outside of work, my life is full. I'm a wife and a mother, and the people I love remind me daily why home matters so much — it's never just square footage, it's where life actually happens. That's a big part of why I take this work personally.
How I work
I approach real estate less like a string of transactions and more like a system built to serve you. Behind every client relationship are documented Playbooks, clear communication, and a proven process — so no detail slips and you always know what's next. That structure isn't about being rigid; it frees me to move quickly, adapt to your situation, and give you my full attention.
I also believe clarity and strategy matter far more than pressure. My job is to help you see your options honestly, understand the market, and make the decision that's right for you — whether you're buying your first home, selling one full of memories, or building an investment. High-level service, without the ego.
However you found your way here, I'm glad you did. Whether you're ready to make a move or just have questions you're sitting with, I'd love to hear from you. Reach out anytime — I read every message myself. Let's connect.
